Important Details:

• Approximate Size: Each stroller/wheelchair sign will be approximately 8" by 12".

• Estimated Wait Time: 4–12 weeks. This is an estimated timeframe and not guaranteed.

• Mockup & Approval Process: Before production, you’ll receive a mockup for approval. You can request as many edits as needed until you’re completely satisfied! Please remember that mockup colors are not exact, and you are responsible for checking spelling and details.

• Design Rights: CloudboyGear reserves the right to recreate any custom designs, but custom artwork will not be recreated. Note that we do not consider the arrangement of clipart, graphics, or text as artwork. If you believe your design includes custom artwork, please reach out, and we’ll confirm if it qualifies under our policy.

• Material, Color, & Shipping Choices: Once the order is submitted, material, color, and shipping selections cannot be changed under any circumstances.

• Checkout Notice: If checkout does not reflect necessary extra charges, your order will be refunded and canceled, but you’re welcome to reorder with the correct charges.

• Communication Policy: If we’re unable to reach you within 72 hours at any point, your order may be canceled. A refund or partial refund will be issued based on the order’s progress, at CloudboyGear’s discretion.
