Terms of service

  1. No Refunds: Cloud Boy Gear does not offer refunds under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed. After mock ups are approved and purchased no edits can be made 

  2. Accuracy of Measurements: Customers are responsible for accurately measuring their dogs before placing an order. Cloud Boy Gear shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in measurements provided by the customer.

  3. Shipping Responsibility: Once an order is shipped, Cloud Boy Gear relinquishes responsibility for the package. Any issues or discrepancies arising during shipping are to be resolved with the designated shipping carrier.

  4. Resale Limitations: Customers agree not to resell the purchased gear for more than the original purchase price. Cloud Boy Gear reserves the right to sell, donate or giveaway any flawed attempts of your gear regardless of original deisgns etc.

  5. Prohibition of Offensive Content: Cloud Boy Gear prohibits the inclusion of any offensive symbols or language in orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing such content.

  6. Right to Refuse Service: Cloud Boy Gear reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for reasons including but not limited to misconduct, offensive behavior, or violation of policies.

  7. Handcrafted Items Disclaimer: All items are meticulously handcrafted with care. However, customers acknowledge that these handmade items may have imperfections.

  8. Wear and Tear Disclaimer: Cloud Boy Gear cannot be held responsible for wear and tear over time, as the usage and conditions of the gear are beyond our control.

  9. Not Suitable for Certain Uses: Cloud Boy Gear products are not weight tested and are not intended for use in providing mobility assistance or with dogs prone to pulling.

  10. Disclaimer of Liability: Cloud Boy Gear shall not be held liable for any damage or injuries caused by the misuse of our items. Customers assume all risks associated with the use of our products.

  11. Color Variation Disclaimer: Colors of the products may vary from what is displayed on screens due to differences in display settings. Cloud Boy Gear cannot guarantee exact color accuracy.
