Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cloudboy Gear (CBG)! Below you’ll find important information about how we handle shipping, delivery, and import fees. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping Times

• Premade orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days (custom or made-to-order items take longer).

• Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Import Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

International orders (including shipments to the United States) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes charged by your local government or courier.

• These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

• Import charges are determined by your country’s customs agency and may be unavoidable.

• Customers are responsible for paying all import fees required to receive their package.

U.S. Orders

• At checkout, Shopify will pre-collect applicable U.S. state sales tax and certain customs fees.

• However, additional import duties, tariffs, or courier charges may still apply upon delivery. We cannot guarantee that no further costs will be charged.

• Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refusal to Pay Import Fees

If you choose not to pay the required import fees:

• The package will be returned to CBG or abandoned by the courier.

• Refunds will not be provided for orders returned due to unpaid import fees.

You may request one of the following if package is returned:

1. Reshipment: Pay the additional shipping cost, and we will resend your order once received back.

2. Partial Refund: If the item is in resellable condition, we may refund up to 50% of the product cost (shipping is non-refundable). If resale is not possible, no refund will be issued.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal strikes, or courier issues. Once a package leaves our workshop, delivery is in the hands of the carrier.
