Some Mystery Info to Read:

• Wait Time: 2-14 weeks. If the order is not completed, you will be refunded

• Mockup & Approval Process: CloudboyGear will not send a mockup the design is a surprise based on your requests

• Designs: You will not see designs until your gear is done! No refunds will be given on mystery items; you are accepting the risk of a mystery design

• AI use: CloudboyGear does not allow any ai in our designs. This means that I will not make any gear based on ai mockups or artwork you send

• Order selections: Once your order is placed, material colour selected, complexity, and overall theme may not be changed. Shipping address also may not be changed

• Extra charges: add-on prices are done with an extra app I have on the website. If your checkout total does not reflect these charges, please try from another browser or device. It will not be cheaper; we will just have to set up extra listings

• Communication Policy: If I am unable to reach you during the order process for over a week, the order may be canceled at my discretion. Any delay in answers may impact wait time
