💳 How Claiming Works

• Spots are $20
• You will receive a $20 off code to use when placing your custom order
• If you do not complete your order, the $20 deposit is non-refundable

This deposit secures your custom spot

⏰ After Claiming

• Once you purchase your spot, DM your order number on Instagram
• The website will remain unlocked until all spots are claimed or for 30 minutes (whichever happens first)
• Once locked, no additional spots will be added

Please be respectful. Any harassment or rude behaviour regarding spots will result in being blocked and ineligible for future customs.

🔐 Purchasing Your Custom

• Once the site locks, you will be messaged the password and purchasing instructions
• You will have 2 hours to complete your custom order
• If your order is not completed within that window, you will be locked out, and the deposit will not be refunded

📅 Turn Around Time

• Turn around time is an estimate, not a guarantee. Past the 16-week mark, CBG may issue regunds at their discretion
• Estimated turnaround time: 2–16 weeks

🌎 Shipping & Communication

• International shipping is available website will calculate rates and show available countries (to confirm if your country is available, please DM CBG)
• Free shipping within Canada on orders over $150
• USA orders will be batch shipped (they will ship once all USA customs are completed)
• Communication will take place through Instagram DMs

Items ordered with these spots do not need to be for service dogs — they can be for reactive dogs, therapy dogs, etc.
