• Mockup & Approval Process: items will be made as a mystery based on your chosen design from the options
• Design & Shipping Choices: Once the order is submitted, design, upgrades and shipping selections cannot be changed under any circumstances.
• Sizing Responsibility: Customers are responsible for measuring correctly. The panel size is approximate but will be within 1 inch of your specified dimensions.
• Checkout Notice: If checkout does not reflect necessary extra charges, your order will be refunded and canceled, but you’re welcome to reorder with the correct charges.
• Communication Policy: If we’re unable to reach you within 72 hours at any point, your order may be canceled. A refund or partial refund will be issued based on the order’s progress, at CloudboyGear’s discretion.
